SEO, GEO, ads, leads. Ongoing partnership with someone who actually answers. No portal, no account manager.
You've built something worth finding. Let's make sure people find it online.
The digital partner for growing UK small businesses. Branding, websites, AI search visibility (GEO) and digital marketing — done by people who've actually run a business.
Three doors.
Pick the one that fits.
Start with a brand and a starter site, live in 1–2 weeks. Foundations in place so everything else costs less and lands harder.
Looks dated, doesn't rank, doesn't convert. Rebuild with the foundations done properly — fast to load, easy to find, built to win enquiries.
How we helped Kat Martyn turn her coaching business into a brand her clients are proud to share.
“I'm obsessed with my new website.”
Four things.
Done properly.
No upsells you don't need. No services bolted on. Just the four things that move a business forward digitally — done by someone who's actually run one.
A logo isn't a brand. We design the whole system — identity, voice, the way you sound — so everything else costs less and lands harder.
A website that loads fast, ranks in search, and turns visitors into enquiries. No templates. Built around your business, not against it.
Your customers are asking Google and ChatGPT who they should hire. We make sure you're in both answers. One retainer.
Paid ads, LinkedIn lead generation, plus the Growth Partner retainer that bundles maintenance, SEO + GEO and ads in one engagement. The fuel that turns a good website into a pipeline.
Built by someone who's actually run one.
Sort The Clicks is run by Dan Whytock. He started selling on a market stall at 13. He co-founded a national retail platform with 800+ businesses. He spent two years selling face-to-face into hundreds of small businesses across the South of England.
He knows what good digital looks like. He knows what a wasted budget looks like. He's been the business owner on the other side of the conversation.

No surprises.
From first conversation to launched and live. No pitch decks, no portals — just a clear path with a clear person on the other end.
A free conversation. No pitch deck, no jargon. Just an honest look at where you are and what would actually move the needle.
A clear proposal. What we'd do, why, and what it costs. No surprises, no hidden extras.
We do the work. You stay in the loop without being drowned in it. It gets done properly.
Things people ask.
Plain answers to what every small business asks before hiring a digital partner. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call.
What does Sort The Clicks do?
We're a UK digital partner offering five services to small businesses and founders. Brand creation, web development, SEO + GEO, AI training, and digital marketing. Run by Dan Whytock from Bishop's Stortford, working with clients across the UK and remotely worldwide.
Who do you work with?
Small businesses, founders, and growing independent companies across the UK. Typical clients are owner-operated businesses in retail, hospitality, professional services and B2B who want real digital work without portals or account managers — delivered by one accountable person.
How much does a website cost?
Most small business websites land between £600 and £1,500 — Starter sites from £600, full Standard builds from £1,000, brand and site bundles from £1,500. We confirm the exact scope and price in your proposal after a free 30-minute call — no estimates that creep, no surprise invoices.
Book a call →Where are you based?
Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire — around 30 minutes from north London by train. We work in person across Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire and London where it makes sense, and remotely with businesses across the UK and internationally.
How fast can you build a site?
A Starter site goes live in about a week. A full Standard build takes one to two weeks. A brand plus website bundle takes two to three weeks. The fastest project we've shipped was Kat Martyn's coaching site, live in eleven days from first conversation.
What's GEO and why does it matter?
Generative Engine Optimisation is the practice of structuring your website so AI systems like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite your business in their answers. SEO gets you ranked on Google. GEO gets you recommended by ChatGPT. Both matter. We bundle them into one retainer because about 80% of the work overlaps. More on SEO + GEO →
