One craft. Three muddled labels. Now, three clear routes.
A block-heavy Kajabi site rebuilt into a premium, clear, fast website that tells Kayleigh's story and sells the £4,000 decision for Petite Ink Academy, fine line tattoo training for women.
The same business,
finally legible.
The old site looked the part but buried the offer and the story. The rebuild leads with one clear message, Kayleigh's face, and a single decision to make.
A premium business hidden behind a busy site.
Kayleigh Rowett trains women to become fine line tattoo artists. Her reputation is built on Instagram and word of mouth, with hundreds of students trained online and in person. The work is premium. The website wasn't doing the same job.
The old Kajabi site was block-heavy and picture-heavy, and in Kayleigh's own words it didn't tell her story. Worse, the offer was confusing: the same fine line training was split across labels like "Courses" and "Training for Permanent Makeup Artists", so a beginner and a PMU artist landing on the page couldn't tell what was for them. That confusion was costing her the right enquiries.
Goal: a premium, clear site that pre-qualifies a £4,000 decision. Lead with one message, put Kayleigh's journey at the centre, separate the routes cleanly, and build it to be found in Google and AI search, not just on Instagram.
A site that says one
thing, clearly.
We rebuilt the marketing site from the visitor's first question (is this for me, and can I trust her with £4,000?) and answered it before any scrolling.

01
Cleared up the offer.
One craft, three clearly named and priced routes: Beginners (4-day, no experience), Fine line for PMU artists (a shorter route for existing permanent-makeup artists), and an Online course. No more guessing which door to walk through.
-
02
A premium, neutral design with a fine-line signature.
Sage, cream and charcoal, a confident serif display, and subtle fine-line tattoo motifs bled into the backgrounds. Creative, not corporate. A few smaller images that earn their place, instead of a wall of photos.
-
03
Put Kayleigh's story front and centre.
People buy into her journey, so the site leads with it. The reason a beginner takes the leap and the reason a PMU artist trusts her is the same: who she is and how she got here. That's now the spine of the site, not an afterthought.
-
04
Reviews that work twice.
Real review screenshots for instant authenticity, plus the same words as on-page text so Google and AI assistants can actually read and cite them. Social proof for humans and for search.
-
05
Course dates that update themselves.
Cohort dates sync automatically from Kayleigh's Calendly on every deploy. She updates one place; the site keeps itself current. The "just done, no chores" brief, delivered.
-
06
Moved off clunky Kajabi, cleanly.
A fast bespoke marketing site, with Kajabi kept for what it's good at (courses, the portal, checkouts) and the two wired together. Zero email downtime through the migration, old pages retired with redirects so nothing competes with the new site in search.
-
07
Built to be found.
Clean URLs, structured data, a location-aware page for Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire and Essex, an llms.txt ingestion file for AI crawlers, and analytics live from day one. The SEO + GEO foundations are in so the site can earn search and AI-answer visibility, not just Instagram traffic.
A premium site that
matches the work.
Clear offer, real story, fast and findable. The site does the qualifying before an enquiry ever lands.
-
The offer confusion is gone. Beginners, fine-line-for-PMU-artists and Online: three routes, clearly named and priced, so visitors self-select instead of bouncing.
-
A premium feel that finally matches the brand. Neutral palette, serif display, subtle fine-line motifs. The site reads at the price point Kayleigh charges.
-
Her story leads the site. The journey people actually buy into is now the reason to enquire, not a buried "About" paragraph.
-
Live ahead of a hard deadline. Launched 16 June, two days before Kayleigh flew abroad. Built around her schedule, not ours.
-
Zero-maintenance course dates and a clean migration. Dates auto-sync from Calendly; the bespoke site runs alongside Kajabi with zero email downtime.
-
Built to be found. Analytics live, structured data, a local page and an llms.txt in place. SEO + GEO foundations ready for AI assistants to cite Petite Ink when someone asks where to train.
Outgrown your template site?
If you're on a builder that's gone clunky and off-brand (Kajabi, Squarespace, Wix) and it's muddling your offer instead of selling it, that's exactly the rebuild we do. Websites from £600.

How long did the project take?
About two and a half weeks from the first design to going live, fitted around Kayleigh's schedule. She flew abroad two days after launch, so we built to a hard deadline and went live on 16 June, ahead of it.
What was the brief?
Kayleigh had outgrown a block-heavy Kajabi site that didn't tell her story and muddled her offer. Beginners and permanent-makeup artists couldn't tell what they were buying. The brief was a premium, clear website that filters for committed students and earns a £4,000 training decision.
Why move off Kajabi?
We kept Kajabi for what it does well (courses, the student portal and checkouts) and moved the marketing site to a fast, bespoke build it can't match for speed, SEO control and design. The two are wired together, so nothing broke and there was zero email downtime through the move.
Is the site built to be found in Google and AI search?
Yes. Clean URLs, structured data, a location-aware page, an llms.txt ingestion file and analytics from day one. SEO and GEO (AI-search) foundations are in place so the site can earn Google and AI-answer visibility over time.

Yes. If you're on a template builder that's gone clunky and off-brand, the same rebuild applies. Starter websites are £600 and full bespoke builds scale from there. Book a free call and we'll tell you what you actually need.
